Job market is hot and economic indicators are somewhat positive especially for major US cities.  The word on the street is that the H-1B will meet its cap in record time this year.  It took about 4 days last year!

What does this mean to TN Visa numbers? Yes, you’ve guessed it!  2014 will likely see an increase in TN Visa applicants as a result of increased employment opportunities and positive outlook AND due to the increased number of people who could not get H-1B.
